“Much of the pantyhose used in my work is donated by women, drag queens, and dancers from across the United States. Each pair arrives with a history already inside it. Each fiber has held a body, a role, a moment in time. These offerings form the physical foundation of my artwork, and the stories behind them form its emotional and cultural core.
